I am an experienced, Cambridge-based counsellor, psychotherapist and supervisor and I can help you overcome the problems that you are experiencing.
 
I offer effective remote counselling and remote psychotherapy on Zoom for a range of personal issues.

I can offer you an opportunity to talk to someone in a confidential and non-judgemental setting in order to clarify and reflect on your situation, help you to make sense of what is troubling you, and recognise what choices you might have.

If you decide to contact me to arrange an initial meeting, I will ask you to provide me with some preliminary information by telephone or email.
 
This will allow me to gain some understanding of your particular difficulty and whether, together, we think I am the right person to help you.

I am a registered and accredited member of the British Psychoanalytic Council and, The UK Council for Psychotherapy.

I am experienced in providing:

  • Counselling for anxiety and panic attacks

  • Counselling for depression

  • Therapy for addiction and addictive behaviours (e.g. alcohol, drugs, gambling, sex, internet)

  • Support with relationship issues
