This is an opportunity for you to let me know what might be troubling you, what you might need to get out of the therapy process and for me to begin to know a little bit more about you and what might be causing your difficulties and distress. It will also give you a sense of what the therapy might be like and to decide whether I am the right therapist for you.

 

The initial consultation session is for 1 hour and is charged at half my normal session rate.
